Our warranty
Every gate, fence, railing and pergola we make is covered by a written warranty. Here is what it covers, and what to do if something is wrong.

Gates, fences, railings and pergolas
- Coverage
- The product is provided with a one-year warranty for any defect related to its manufacture or assembly and a 3-year warranty against rust on the product only. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a defect in the ordered product shall not constitute a reason for any delay or cancellation of any payment.
- Reporting a problem
- Complaints regarding ‘completed’ work must be submitted in writing and no later than 7 days from the date of installation (or delivery in the case of the product solely being delivered and not installed, or from the time of pickup from our premises, in circumstances where the Customer arranged the pickup, and the Company neither delivered or installed the product.) Failure to provide notice as provided in this section shall constitute decisive proof that the product was provided to the Customer free of any damage and to his complete satisfaction.
- Not covered
- The Company is not responsible for any unforeseen cases, such as damage to the property due to the hidden infrastructure of water, electricity, etc., or as a result of drilling or quarrying in the wall or the ground.
- Permits and property lines
- The Company will not be liable for any property lines, codes and permits, and all information regarding these issues must be submitted by the Customer to the Company before the sale.
