How the program works
Who can refer someone to Mulholland?
Anyone — homeowners, contractors, architects, or friends of past clients. If you know someone with a project on the horizon and they have not already contacted us, you are eligible to refer them and earn a reward.
What projects qualify?
Any Mulholland product line — gates, fences, railings, pergolas, garage doors or equipment enclosures. The project must be sold, installed and fully paid before the reward is issued.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. There is no limit. Each new person you refer is a new reward.
Can I refer myself, a family member, or someone at Mulholland?
No. Self-referrals and employee referrals are not eligible, and neither are subcontractors or Mulholland team members.
What if the person I want to refer is already a Mulholland customer or lead?
Rewards apply only to new referrals. Once someone is already in our system, they cannot be re-submitted for a reward.

How much do I earn for a successful referral?
Rewards are tiered by project size: $300 for any sold project under $5,000, and $500 for any sold project $5,000 and above. Rewards are paid 14 days after the project is fully paid.
When do I get paid?
Payout is issued 14 days after the project is fully completed and paid in full by the customer.
How long is my referral valid?
Referral eligibility is valid for 90 days after submission. If the person you referred moves forward within that window, you are locked in for the reward.
If the person I referred buys again later, do I get paid again?
No. One reward per referred customer. If Sarah refers John and John buys a gate today plus a pergola next year, Sarah earns the reward once — on John's first project.
How do I know my referral was received?
You get a confirmation as soon as you submit. From there our team reaches out to your referral within one business day.
