This referral agreement (the Agreement) is dated 09/10/2026, between Mulholland Security Centers, LLC., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Delaware located at 21260 Deering Ct. Canoga Park, CA 91304. (herein, after referred; "Mulholland") AND

Address for check payment to be mailed:

incorporated under the laws of California, (hereinafter referred: "the Ref Star".)

Whereas it was decided by both parties:

1. The Ref Star will offer to his contacts (hereinafter referred: 'The Prospect') to purchase or render Mulholland's products and services.
2. Once the Ref Star's prospect shows their interest in Mulholland's products and services, the Ref Star will provide to Mulholland the full contact details of the prospect via submitted online form that can be found here: http://www.MulhollandBrand.com/RefStarProspect.
3. The prospect must be expecting Mulholland to call.
4. Solely providing a name and number without section 2 & 3 will not be considered a prospect.
5. Mulholland will confirm that the prospect doesn't show in any of its databases nor hasn't been provided with any product or rendered with any service before. If the Prospect does show, the Ref Star will not be entitled to any referral fees.
6. The Ref Star will be assigned a number for our CRM system & mailing list to help generate reports, provide photos and videos of completed projects, helping educate about our products and specials to ultimately help you, the Ref Star, generate referrals & your 5% income.
7. The Ref Star will receive a commission only once the prospect sign a contract, the balance is fully paid, and the work is completely done.
8. The Ref Star's compensation will be 5% from the materials sales value, as per the executed contract with the prospect, excluding sales tax.
9. The Ref Star has the right to request a copy of the prospect's invoice.
10. Mulholland will report to the Ref Star of all the prospects that sign agreements and will pay the commissions as described in sections 4 & 5 via bill with payment terms of net 30.
11. This agreement will be valid only by the approval of Mulholland's management team.
12. The Ref Star agrees to not refer any other competitor's products and services while this agreement is valid.
13. Each party may cancel the agreement with an advance notice of 30 days for any reason.
14. Mulholland may provide marketing materials to the Ref Star as it chooses and sees fit to. The materials that will be provided should include: brochures & catalogues. Mulholland will consider the Ref Star's suggestion of any other marketing material requested.
15. Mulholland may end this agreement immediately without any notice if the conditions and terms of this agreement were violated for any reason by the Ref Star.
16. With the termination of this agreement, for any reason by any side as mentioned in sections 10-12, the Ref Star should return immediately all marketing materials received during the time of working together.
17. Contractor Clause: Contractors can be compensated up to three times (3X) under this agreement.

This agreement with Mulholland can generate substantial income. Therefore, working the process according to procedures will be essential for a long lasting and prosperous relationship.
