Low Maintenance
Aluminum is a light, durable metal with an excellent strength to weight ratio and corrosion resistance - making it an ideal material for gates, fencing, and pergolas. Each of our products is coated with an electro-statically applied, powder-coat finish, making it bump and scratch resistant, water-tight, highly resistant to corrosion and easy to maintain.
Rust & Decay Resistance
Wood and iron either decay or corrode over time. Powder-coated aluminum doesn’t. This makes it the premier outdoor use material; you’ll see it in park benches and fencing, and in outdoor furniture. It’s the choice for any situation where there isn’t the time or manpower required for constant maintenance.
Design Versatility
Aluminum fencing can be designed to fit any style need. The powder coating added during production allows it to easily replicate wood, iron, or stainless steel. It's malleable properties allow for beautiful design or glass in-lays. When using a traditional picket style of aluminum fencing it can easily be adjusted to fit any hillside or slope without any unwanted gaps.

Safety First
Aluminum’s light weight is safer and easier to install. Once installed, our gates and fencing are more stable, requiring less adjustments. Heavier iron gates pull against their pillars, bringing about sagging, and difficulty in opening and closing. A gate can sag to the point where it denies entrance or exit. Not such a problem with aluminum! The Wood-Like series is quick & easy to install and does not require any welding.
Environmentally Friendly
Aluminum is the most environmentally friendly metal. It can be recycled endlessly without detriment to the material. Nearly 75 percent of all aluminum ever produced is still in use today. We use recycled aluminum whenever it is available, the powder-coating is better for the environment than painting as well.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Yossi, Lester and the rest of the team that assisted with the design and installation of our double sliding commercial gates in Santa Monica. The color choices were excellent and the powder coating is a very nice feature.. No more painting necessary of wrought iron that was so maintenace intensive on the last. I saw their signs on many aluminum gates in our beach area that seem to hold up well to the corrosive conditions that this marine environment presents.
Mulholland did our gate and small fence sections. Only took about 6 weeks to custom make the pieces and install took just a couple of hours. The installation crew was excellent. They removed the old fence/gate including a fence post that was buried about 18" in our walkway. Once removed it was replaced by their aluminum post and cemented in place. Looks great and the design matches our T-111 siding.
I know there are times where price is king. I've done that, and sometimes it's worked out. But our old fence was one of those choices and had finally become too much embarrassment. Mullholland to the rescue! Their sales, project management and construction teams were top professionals. We have a black frame with wood finished panels, that are straight and true, and we consistently get compliments from the neighbors. Best money we've spent in a long time!
The guys at MUholland Brand were always very responsive. The gate was installed quick in less than two hours. The gate looks beautiful, it add a touch of modern feel to our house. We just ordered a second gate.
