Position Overview:
We are seeking ambitious and dynamic Community Development Sales Specialists to lead our outreach initiatives within large-scale communities, including new developments, residential complexes, and mobile home parks. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in building and nurturing relationships, with a vision to secure substantial projects and drive significant revenue growth. - Event Coordination: Organize and host events, such as model home showcases, to demonstrate our products’ quality and design, even offering complimentary installations to build trust and rapport.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in direct sales, preferably within the construction, real estate development, or related industries.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing and managing large-scale projects and accounts.
- Networking Skills: Established network within the construction and development sectors is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to present compelling value propositions.
