We are looking for an Order Department Coordinator that will be responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process within the company. This role ensures that all customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The coordinator will manage the order intake, verify customer information, track inventory, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction..

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and order management systems (e.g., ERP software).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
