Studio City Fence and Gate – Gate of the Month

We just completed another Studio City fence and gate project. This installation will require only an occasional hosing down for maintenance.

This Studio City Fence and Gate includes a pedestrian gate and a sliding gate.
Years ago, Mulholland Brand was based in Studio City, and driving through the neighborhood we are always pleased to see that our customers continue to take pride in our installations.
The Gate of the Month was just installed. In that there was masonry involved in making the pillars, the entire job took a few weeks to complete.
The driveway gate is more than 20′ wide.
The project also included masonry for the pillars and this pedestrian gate.
Having this fencing surrounding the house buffers the sound.
Here is a side view of the property, showing our fence panels layered gradually up the incline in order to compensate for the slope of the property.
The next-door neighbor is also very pleased with the way this changes the view of his home.
This sort of fencing is called “privacy fencing”. It offers privacy and it buffers sound from the street.
