What a Burglar Thinks When He Sees Your Security Gate 

What goes on in the burglar’s mind? 

“They probably have a lot of good stuff in there.”

“They probably have a dog. I don’t want to mess with that.”

“They probably have children, I don’t want to worry about kids.”

“If they have a gate, they probably are locked up pretty tight, and they are likely to have real good locks as well.”

“If they have a gate like that, I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that they have closed circuit television. I don’t want that.”

“I might be able to open that gate in about a half an hour. But in that time it would be hard to be noiseless. I might wake the neighbors.”

“If I hop the fence, then how would I get the stuff that I steal out?!?!?!”

“I think I’ll just go somewhere easier.”
