With all of the COVID-related delays we have all been experiencing, I was pleasantly shocked that Mulholland was able to complete my project from start to finish in a matter of weeks! This was particularly important to me because my parents were coming to visit, and Mulholland understood this and met that goal!Ryan was very helpful over the phone from the beginning in understanding the type of aluminum gate I was looking for and scheduling the appointments. I had been dealing with a heavy wooden gate from a separate contractor that started to warp and sag within only one year. Mulholland quickly identified that it needed to be replaced with an aluminum gate, which instantly solved my problem! This is a very professional and trustworthy company, and I am already planning to use Mulholland again when I am able to replace my back gate! I appreciated that they had a full catalogue of their products, constructed a digital mock-up immediately, brought sample pieces to my site, put everything in writing, confirmed agreements via email, and made payment processing easy. Thanks Mulholland!!

I hired Mulholland Brand to make a driveway gate in a tricky space. They came up with a great solution and made me an absolutely gorgeous gate! While I did not use this business to purchase a front entry gate I am writing this review to share the excellent customer service that I received from them. I was paired up with Liz and from the moment I sent an email, Liz responded. She was knowledgeable about their products, flexible, and priced right. I also liked their product offerings very much and they were even open to some customizing. Liz worked very hard to try to make the situation work for me but unfortunately we could not move forward. The problem that we ran into was location. We live in Palm Springs and they are in Los Angeles. We would have had to piece meal the project with 3 different contractors: manufacturer, shipper, and then installer. The dynamics were too risky, therefore, we had to look locally for someone who could manufacture, deliver, and install. If not for the logistical issues I would have worked with Mulholland Brands in a heartbeat. Liz, thank you so much for all of your assistance.
