Our Story
Our history in the custom design, fabrication, and installation of residential and commercial gates and fencing began in 1994 and in this time, we’ve gotten to know the terrain like the back of our hand.
While LA has some challenging environments, one issue that’s common in LA is the hilly terrain. In many cases, this even prevents other companies from being able to install on certain properties. This is where Mulholland Brand excels. We’re experts in installing gates in challenging environments such as hilly terrains. In fact, this is where our name came from- The hilly terrain on Mulholland drive.
We’re the only real manufacturing company in California that produces gates. And, chances are, you’ve seen our products before because we ship to other gate companies who really understand the value in our products.
From the beginning through to just a couple years ago, in regards to gates and fencing, we would only fabricate in wood, iron, stainless steel, and glass. These were very popular. Ultimately, we provided thousands of people with our gates and fencing.
Mulholland Brand has been successful for over 25 years because we’ve always had our customers’ priorities in mind: Safety, privacy, and beauty. This is why we’re confident in telling you that Mulholland Brand offers you the best price value while remaining aesthetically pleasing.
As the years have gone by, there’s been another desired priority added to the list: durability and low maintenance requirements.
To provide this, in 2017 we phased away from wood and iron to dealing exclusively with aluminum in our gate and fence making.
As you browse our site, you will see that our aluminum products equal the beauty of our wood and iron installations, with the added benefit of anti-corrosion and nearly zero maintenance – with all of our aluminum products, they only require a rinse and towel down in order to keep them beautiful.

Our products are made with environmentally conscious values. The majority of our products are now made with aluminum, and all unused materials and scraps from projects are recycled responsibly.

We take every precaution to ensure the safety of the products we install and manufacture. It’s important to us that you know everything installed on your property is thoroughly inspected, and tested.

Avi Ben David is the CEO of Mulholland Brand, one of the top producers of aluminum goods in LA. He has been a part of the business from its inception in 1994 and has contributed to its growth. Avi has a solid foundation in the industrial sector from his father, who taught him the craft.

President
A pioneer in the industrial manufacturing industry, Henry serves as the Chairman of the Israeli Manufacturer’s Association. He also serves as the Chairman of the Trellidor Group – an industrial manufacturing company focused on advanced metal technologies and production of a large range of products.

Eyal has extensive experience in fabrication and operations. His experience started in Israel and expanded to the United States. For over 2 decades, he has been providing solutions in security, gates, fences, railing, and pergolas.

CFO
Coby is doing a masterful job of establishing and strengthening the financial guidelines of the company as we expand. We've expanded our premises from under 5,000 square feet to well over 30,000 with his guidance and care. We've also expanded from a dozen employees to over eighty.
